Griswold provides a range of services to help take care of seniors and other adults with disabilities, illnesses, or injuries and provide comfort to their families:

How much does a Griswold franchise cost?

Griswold is a low-cost investment opportunity with potential for high returns. The total investment estimate to begin operations ranges from $175,500 to $209,900. Griswold Home Care’s 35 years of excellence in delivering home care have honed our proven business model and made us a best-bet investment opportunity in the booming home care market. The franchise fee for your first territory ranges from $49,500 to $54,500, depending on your territory size.

What are the financial requirements for franchising with Griswold Home Care?

To franchise with Griswold, you will need to have minimum liquid capital of $100,000 to $125,000 and a minimum of $375,000 net worth to open your business.

Is there a continuing royalty fee?

Yes. The continuing royalty fee is 3.75 – 4.0%.

Will you help me secure financing?

We do not offer direct financing. However, we work with a number of third-party financial institutions that may be able to help you with financing.

What experience do I need?

None! We recommend that you have a proven track record of leadership experience, are confident in your ability to manage people, and have an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to follow our proven business model as you bring Griswold to your community.

I’ve never owned a business before. Do you offer training and support?

Griswold is led by a passionate team that works tirelessly to ensure that your business will be a success from the moment you sign the franchise agreement. From the outset, we offer support to launch your business, 4 total weeks of owner training, field support at your grand opening, and an exceptional on-going training platform that includes pointers for hiring the right employees, how to make sales and build a referral base of customers and caregivers, how to market effectively, and much more. We check in on an ongoing basis to help you become established.

How large of a space do I need?

This is up to you! We do require you to have an office, but we will leave the decision on how much space you need up to you. We are available, however, to advise and to answer any questions you have on this matter, including what area you might consider for your business.

How many employees do I need?

Griswold franchisees employ the best home care professionals. The number of staff depends on how many clients you are helping. In the beginning, you will start with a few caregivers and either a full-time Care Coordinator or Marketer to help you ramp up the business. As you become established, you will need to scale the business accordingly. We will help you to hire caregivers during your training session, and we will help you scale your business in a smart fashion so that you will be able to hire more employees and take on more jobs as you grow.
