President and Chief Executive Officer: Matthew Murphy, JD
Matthew Murphy joined GHC in June 2014. From September 2011 to June 2014, Matt was the President & Chief Executive Officer of Financial Health Services, Inc., a long-term care billing company in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, from January 2006 to September 2011, he was the Chief Operating Officer of RecruitMilitary LLC, a company devoted to connecting America’s veterans with quality career opportunities in the civilian marketplace located in Loveland, Ohio.
Chief Operating Officer: Michael Magid, CSA
Michael Magid has served as our Chief Operating Officer since February 2016. From February 2015 to February 2016, Mike served as our Senior Vice President of Operations. From April 2013 to February 2015, he held the position of Vice President of Franchise Development. Prior to that, he served as Director of Franchise Sales for AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Horsham, Pennsylvania, from July 2002 through April 2010.
Vice President of Franchise Development: Margueritte Mertz, CSA
Margueritte Mertz, CSA joined Griswold Home Care in May 2012 and has held numerous roles including Director of Sales and Vice President. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Franchise Development. Margueritte had many years of franchising experience prior to joining GHC as Director of Sales for Senior Helpers, a nationwide franchise located in Towson, Maryland. She was also Vice President/Field Consultant for PrideStaff, a national staffing services and employment agency and Zone Vice President/Corporate Director for Express Employment Professionals.
Vice President of Marketing and IT: Ron Patterson, MBA
Ron Patterson has served as our Vice President of Marketing and Information Technology and Innovation since April 2016. Previously, Ron served as our Director of Information Technology. He joined GHC (then Special Care) in October 2010, and served as our Associate Ops Manager from October 2010 to April 2012.
Vice President of Finance: Yvonne McGinley, MBA, CPA
Yvonne McGinley joined GHC in December 2011 as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Griswold Home Care, Yvonne was Chief Financial Officer at Precyse Solutions, and Executive Vice President and Divisional CFO at Nobel Learning for fifteen years growing the company from 40M to 180M. She began her career at Price Waterhouse.
Senior Manager of Learning & Development: Amanda Lepore
Amanda Lepore has been our Senior Manager of Learning & Development since September 2016. Amanda joined the GHC team in February 2014 as our IT Education Manager. Prior to coming to Griswold, Amanda was responsible for all training, operations, administration and sales for various retail stores and a boutique accounting firm. She brings over 10 years of experience in customer service and education.
